The project

The problem

The product idea needs to make an invisible behavior feel concrete. If the page only explains the problem, it becomes another self-help page people close.

The direction

The direction is intervention-as-interface: clear promise, direct emotional framing, and a product narrative that feels practical instead of preachy.

The system

The site can grow into a product surface with onboarding, habit tracking, reminders, and lightweight account state.

What it proves

Behavior-change products need a concrete promise, not another generic self-help landing page. The page turns an invisible habit into an interface direction with emotional clarity and a path out. The concept can grow into account state, reminders, tracking, and a lightweight product loop.

Current note

This is a useful proof of product thinking: naming the compulsion, designing the interruption, and giving the visitor a path out.
